Here is some progress on Baby G's quilt....

Baby Bailey

Laeney and I were very excited to meet Bailey this past weekend, 

while Jill and Andy were in town visiting!

Here are some onesies we made for "Baby Bay-e" as Laeney likes to say.

A couple of the onesies below are inside jokes with Bailey's mom and I! 

still, piecing it all together...

The quilt for Baby G is coming along...slowly.

Next step is to sew all the sewn strips together.

Laeney collected all the scraps from the bags I was cutting, and carried them throughout the whole house making her own creations!

Feeling Pink

The Wendy Bag

I was told by Wendy that pink is her signature color, 

so there was no question that the Wendy Bag needed to feel pink!

They say that a photographer's child never has any pictures of himself and a shoemaker's child doesn't have any shoes. 

Simply put... most likely why Laeney is yet to have a Baby Laene bag (other than the first not-so-cute trial bag)! So now being pregnant with my second little one, this seamstress is determined to have some sewn items for her children! 

So with some new motivation...I am making Baby G a quilt!!!

Just like we didn't find out when I was pregnant with Laeney, we are going to wait again to find out the sex of this little one until their birthday. However, I was able to find beautiful green and aqua fabrics that will match brilliantly to the nursery.

I will post some pictures of the finished quilt...when that ever happens!

A customer sent me this picture of her son, Lucien,

I myself, had no idea they were this strong!

More importantly, how cute is he? So darn cute!

My favorite fabric store, Crafty Planet, just got a bunch of new fabrics in...and they are all fab!
