sew nice.

I got to say, when I took out the sewing machine last weekend, it felt good!

I decided to make a "hooter hider" to aid with breast-feeding in public! I had seen these at upscale boutiques, as well as, recently at Target. My girlfriend, Anna, borrowed me hers so I could take a look at how it was constructed, and thanks to Tina who found another pattern online. I used both to form a new pattern for the Fiona "hooter hider" below...

The Fiona "hooter hider"!

Fiona checking it out under there...

ah, what a great model!

arts and crafts

As my blog viewers can tell, my blog has been lacking some major creativity lately...in many ways! My daily creative outlet pretty much revolves around play dough, markers, crayons, Hello Kitty coloring book, stickers, and/or "sewing" lace up cards with Laeney!

Oh, and decorating heart valentine boxes for her friends...

Little Miss Bubbles

Our niece, Ezzie, has been nicknamed Miss Bubbles by the other kids at her daycare, so she of course needed a shirt with her new moniker.
