balance bag.

The Fall Katie Bag

Inside of the Bag
Inspiration for this bag was a dark purple pattern (her favorite color) for the exterior,
and an interior pattern that looked sort of "manly",
so both Katie and her husband could carry it (without embarrassment) when baby arrives!

I love how the interior pattern looks like a man's tie,
but balances so nicely with the exterior feminine pattern.

music and space.

I can't take the credit for these cute sayings...a client came up
with the below for two separate pregnant friends of hers...

For a baby
whose Mom is a choir teacher...

And a couple others for a mom who is a fan of the office
and an inside joke with Space Balls!

Ab & Sam

My proactive sister asked me take pictures of her adorable kids...
in early fall for her Christmas Card. Yep, she is a planner.

Here are some of my favorites from our mini photo session!

Love you guys.

Boston baby.

Some onesies for a special little boy in Boston!

Love this idea that a client came up with..
a onesie that the mom can write the baby's info
on every month (with a washable marker) and then take
pictures of her growing little boy in the onesie, so she can
see and document how he grows and changes throughout the months!!

The front has sports Icons
and
the back has his last name!

Love this...

 C'mon...what parent doesn't think that
their kid is the cutest kid?

Some inside joke in Boston...
this Minnesotan doesn't really get it...ha!

Super kid.

This year for Halloween,  Laeney decided to be a Super Hero,
which is a dress-up outfit we already had
and Finn wore a Clown costume that my very
talented and creative mother made in 1972.

Boo..not in the Halloween way, but Boo in the Boo-hiss way.
It didn't quite feel like Halloween,
if I didn't have any costumes to make.

I was determined to make something...so I came up with
a few accessories that every Super Hero needs...
lighting bolts for your chucks and gold arm bands!

I made these by cutting 4 lighting bolts out of gold foam sticker paper
and placing 2 back to back. Then hole punched the holes!

They ended up being really sturdy....
1 outdoor Halloween event, 2 Halloween parties,
trick or treating for a couple hours and they are still intact!

Gold Arm bands to fight off any danger...found this fabric as
a remanent in South Dakota for $2. Who would give up this gem?

Super Hero in Action!

Happy Halloween!!!
