Laeney spent all morning writing Santa a letter

and could not contain her excitement...

When santa came on stage, she ran up there 

and handed him her letter. 

With such grace, 

he put her letter in his back pocket...

knelt down to her level

and gave her a gentle hug. 

It made me believe...again.

Faith and Appreciation

I don't typically discuss politics or religion on my "craft" blog... go figure. 

So briefly..we had a sweet, simple 

Christian Dedication for the girls last Sunday, 

not because we had to, but because we wanted to. 

We found water, as the Bible says to do. 

Water that is incredibly symbolic of our love and our family.

Adam and I wrote and lead the dedication and quite simply, 

it was special, significant and truly meaningful...

more than I had expected or could have ever imagined.
